They are looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee their 4 sites across Birmingham, managing the functionality and presentation of the facilities, ensuring full health and safety compliance, and contributing to a positive client experience that aligns with the firm's values. Key responsibilities of the Facilities Manager will include (but are not limited to): Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry standards, conducting regular safety inspections, risk assessments and address any identified issues promptly. Oversee maintenance, repairs, and upgrades establishing and maintaining effective commercial relationships with contractors and service providers. Enhance client and guest experience, creating a welcoming environment and collaborating internally to coordinate client visits and events. Develop and manage the facilities budget, including operating expenses and capital projects to ensure efficient use of resources. Supervise and lead a team of facilities staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement whilst taking a lead of training and inductions for new staff. The successful individual will have: Proven experience within an inhouse, multi-site facilities management role that includes health and safety responsibilities. Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and building codes. Evidence of budget and resource management. Experience co-ordinating an office move.
