THE WORK: Ripple continues to grow through strategic acquisitions, and we are seeking an Integration and Reporting Lead to join the Financial Systems team and own the technical workstream for M&A system integrations. This role will focus on onboarding the acquired company's financial data, business processes, and system interfaces into Ripple's financial systems ecosystem, which includes Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) Cloud, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management(EPM) Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and reporting platforms like Fusion Data Intelligence(FDI), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence(OTBI) and Business Intelligence(BIP)! The role is hands-on and highly cross-functional, working across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, HR, IT and Data Engineering teams to ensure a seamless post-acquisition integration. You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that integrate applications like but not limited to NetSuite, Trinet, Deel, and Snowflake into Ripple's centralized platforms. You will also lead reporting enablement for M&A integrations to ensure leadership visibility and audit readiness. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Lead the end-to-end technical integration of acquired entities into Ripple's financial systems, focusing on ERP, HCM, payroll, spend, and banking applications. Design, build, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Terraform to automate business processes across systems. Develops financial reports using Oracle OTBI and BIP. Supports accounting, FP&A, and compliance reporting needs during and after the integration. Work closely with collaborators from Accounting and Finance to grasp close timelines, financial reporting needs, and audit requirements. Build reusable integration frameworks and reporting templates to enable faster onboarding of future acquisitions. Coordinate closely with external vendors and implementation partners to align timelines, lead all aspects of work, and conduct technical reviews. Identify data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation issues between acquired systems and Ripple systems and work to resolve them. Support cutover planning and execution for key M&A achievements including Day 1 readiness, Day 30, Day 90, and Day 180 stabilization goals. Establish post-go-live support processes for integrations and reports in coordination with the Application Managed Services (AMS) team. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 6+ years of hands-on experience in financial systems integration, ERP implementations, or enterprise reporting roles. Proven expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Terraform, and building Oracle OTBI/BIP reports. Experience with M&A integration projects, including data conversion, financial system onboarding, and post-acquisition support. Strong knowledge of financial modules (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Acquire to Retire) and how integrations support these processes. Ability to collaborate with various collaborators, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. Experience working with systems but not limited to NetSuite, Trinet, Deel, Workday, ADP, or Snowflake is a strong plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
