Production & Warehouse Operatives Required in Bristol (Yatton)

Blue Arrow Bristol are recruiting Assembly, Production and Warehouse Staff to work for our client based in Yatton. The roles are temp to perm - after being employed by Blue Arrow for the first 12 weeks, you will be offered a permanent contract directly with the client. This is an excellent opportunity that offers plenty of training and career progression.

As an Assembler / Warehouseman, your duties will include:

• Assembling parts
• Using hand and power tools
• Using different machinery and equipment - full training will be provided
• Packing items and preparing them for shipping
• Moving products around the warehouse
• Other duties as and when required

The working hours are 08:30-17:00 and the pay rate is 12.21 per hour, overtime after 37.5 hours per week will be paid at 16.24 per hour.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing role is necessary
• Previous experience operating machinery
• Positive can-do attitude
• Good timekeeping and attendance record
• Ability to follow instructions and work as a part of team
• Good numeracy skills
• Willingness to learn
