You'll be responsible for facilitating the clinical development and empowering high performance of all clinicians within your region. Clinicians will seek you out when they need advice and support in their clinical practice; particularly when a clinical mentor suggests that a more complex or serious case, needs a more experienced hand to resolve. Key responsibilities In addition to your normal duties and responsibilities of a physiotherapist, your role has following additional responsibilities: United - collaboration Identifying learning and development needs of your team of clinicians and addressing them directly and through your team of mentors; ensuring that all physiotherapists maintain required records of their continuous professional development Support area and regional managers with the induction processes Assisting, where needed, in clinical processes such as the promotion pathway and assessment and addressing any practice concerns amongst your team Supporting Ascenti's culture of recognition and our commitment to high performing teams, by identifying clinicians who demonstrate excellence in their practice Promote staff wellbeing, engagement and collaboration; through technology, development programs and company-wide initiatives.
