Data Ingestion Manager
We are seeking an experienced Data Ingestion Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of our data ingestion function, oversee client data extraction and standardization, and ensure consistent service delivery across RSM. Your efforts will support our digital transformation, enabling teams to focus on delivering insights and value to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the data ingestion team's daily workflows and resources.
- Coordinate with teams and clients to gather requirements and resolve data issues.
- Train and develop team members' technical skills.
- Troubleshoot complex data problems from various accounting systems.
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in data ingestion from ERP systems, preferably in professional services.
- Proficiency with Alteryx or similar data processing tools.
- Leadership experience with staff development.
- Strong project management and client communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
