Location: Central London Flexible Hybrid working, 3x per week in office

On behalf of our client, who undertake important social/political work in conflict zones, we are seeking a Quantitative Research Executive to join our client's Eastern European team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding company that makes a real impact and fosters learning and growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting end-to-end quantitative research projects, from proposal writing to final delivery
• Managing smaller projects independently, aiming to handle the full research process
• Ensuring quality control and proper documentation throughout project cycles
• Identifying and escalating project issues, proposing solutions
• Supporting key account management by maintaining and developing client relationships

About you:

• Proven experience with quantitative methodologies within a Market Research agency
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Interest in social and international research is essential
• Russian language skills and understanding of Eastern European markets and culture are desirable but not mandatory

Requirements: Applicants must have UK market research experience, conducting primary research, and hold a valid UK work permit/visa.
