Role: Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant
Location: John Lewis Oxford Street, working across Harrods Knightsbridge, Selfridges Oxford Street, Peter Jones, St Pancras Boutique, Covent Garden Boutique, and Battersea Power Station Boutique
Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours/week, any 5 in 7 days

- Represent CHANEL as the ultimate ambassador, embodying our values and DNA.
- Demonstrate passion and knowledge in Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare.
- Create personalized, authentic experiences tailored to clients' needs.
- Ensure excellence in client service following CHANEL's standards.
- Build long-lasting relationships to increase client loyalty and retention.
- Contribute to sales through product knowledge, clienteling tools, events, and cross-category selling.
- Maintain an omni-channel approach for seamless in-store and online experiences.
- Work collaboratively within a diverse and inclusive team to meet goals.
