Job Description

Salary: up to £40-50k + quarterly bonus

Location: Central London (hybrid, 2 days per week in the office)

Our client is a London-based market research fieldwork agency delivering high-quality services both in the UK and internationally. They're now looking for a Client Development Manager to lead business development and bid management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new business prospects
  • Reconnect with lapsed clients through tailored outreach
  • Manage a pipeline of leads from initial contact to conversion
  • Lead bid responses: assess briefs, gather clarifications, and coordinate input
  • Provide strategic input on costings, feasibility, and win strategy
  • Collaborate with project teams on complex or high-value bids
  • Track and analyse proposal outcomes and engagement metrics
  • Support marketing efforts including events, campaigns, and collateral
  • Maintain up-to-date records of contacts and bid progress

About You:

  • 3+ years in market research or related field with sales exposure
  • Proven experience in business development and client management
  • Excellent communication, commercial awareness, and attention to detail
