Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager - Global Capital
Flexible Location: Slough, UK. Warsaw, Poland. Veghel, Netherlands.

As Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager - Global Capital, you will lead global sourcing strategies for Mars Snacking processing equipment and related capital investments, managing an annual spend of over $400M. You'll manage global initiatives by leveraging supplier relationships, and drive standardization and automation. This role will be a member of a collaborative global team.
What are we looking for?
Significant strategic sourcing/purchasing experience at global scale, ideally in capital investment or related fields.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Fluency in English
Experience in engineering or supply management is beneficial.
Key Experiences:
Developing global category strategies and value roadmaps.
Building strong cross-functional relationships.
Managing supplier partnerships and complex negotiations.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Develop and execute global sourcing strategies in collaboration with global engineering and regional teams.
Strengthen supplier relationships to drive performance, cost efficiency, and innovation.
Negotiate and implement global/regional contracts while ensuring compliance.
Share market insights and best practices across sourcing categories.
