Experienced Baristas and Site Leads!

We are currently looking for Baristas and Site Leads!

While we prefer candidates with experience in coffee and/or supervisory roles, we are open to developing applicants who have a growth mindset and are eager to learn, even if they haven't previously held these roles. Please specify the role you are applying for in your cover letter.

You

• Have previous experience as a barista, preferably in specialty coffee (not mandatory, interest and willingness to learn are key)
• Can develop and maintain extensive knowledge of our quality products and communicate this effectively to guests in an approachable manner
• Model professionalism by anticipating customer needs and tailoring service to create a memorable experience
• Foster a positive, proactive culture through communication and teamwork
• Continue to challenge yourself, expand your knowledge of coffee, business, and people, and share this knowledge with your team

What We Offer

• £13 - £14.50 per hour, depending on role and experience
