• Manage global supply chain, stock forecasting and warehouse operations
• Oversee domestic and international shipping with 3PL partners
• Ensure efficient, timely customer and order fulfilment
• Drive process optimisation and systems integration initiatives
• Lead compliance and regulatory requirements across all markets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful launches and promos
• Monitor KPIs including OTIF, stock turnover and delivery performance
• Support ERP and inventory management system implementations

Candidate Requirements:

• Operations/supply chain experience, ideally within FMCG, beauty, wellness or DTC
• Proven track record managing complex multi-regional operations
• Strong systems knowledge, eg. Shopify, Xero, inventory platforms
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
