We're looking for a solution-minded Senior Business Systems Analyst and product owner with experience on Sales Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud, along with a strong understanding of SaaS products. You will be responsible for creating and delivering value through business process optimization and systems automation in lead, deal registration, account, contact, opportunity management, and CPQ areas. You will be part of the IT Business Applications team, engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams from Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and Channel Operations. The main responsibility is to partner directly with sales leaders and key stakeholders to implement enhancements in Salesforce supporting and automating our lead-to-quote processes. Your work will be vital in reshaping existing processes for efficiency and supporting a seamless sales experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Lead to Quote architecture, roadmaps, business systems analysis, proof of concepts, and scalable solution architectures.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud modules like ESM, EPC, IOM, Omniscripts, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements.
  • Design and develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions addressing complex challenges.
  • Manage Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration projects.
  • Conduct gap analysis and develop innovative solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and system diagrams.
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Build POCs and demonstrate new Salesforce features to stakeholders.
  • Configure Salesforce using point-and-click, identifying when to code.
  • Map business requirements to Salesforce standard features.
  • Identify recurring issues to drive system improvements and maintain run books.
  • Work closely with onshore and offshore developers during execution.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 10+ years as a business systems analyst on Salesforce.
  • Minimum 5+ years in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce Industries Clouds, especially Communication Cloud.
  • Deep knowledge of Sales Processes, Pipeline management, Lead and Opportunity Management, Territory Management, Quote & Forecasting.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Flows, validation rules.
  • Knowledge of Einstein, Prompt Builder, and Agentforce.
  • Understanding of Einstein Analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet challenging goals.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Experience with Salesforce managed packages.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud certification required.
  • 4-year Degree in BS/BA, MIS, or related technical field.
