Veterinary Surgeon (Hospital) - Brighton, East Sussex

Our client is looking for a new colleague to join their growing, warm, & friendly team in Brighton. The caseload will be varied, with both emergency and advanced medical cases referred to them from their five branch practices and local practices that they support.

About the Role:

• Full-time position, working four days a week.
• 1:5 weekends with Monday off in lieu.
• Full in-house out-of-hours team for handover.
• Our client seeks an experienced and approachable team player with a focus on client care.

Location:

The hospital is conveniently located near the town center and the seafront. Brighton is recognised for its diverse culture, creativity, and sustainability, offering historic landmarks and proximity to the South Downs National Park. Excellent travel links to London and Gatwick Airport enhance accessibility.

About the Practice:

The practice has been offering exceptional veterinary care for over 45 years, with a team dedicated to excellence in veterinary medicine. It operates a central hospital in Brighton and five fully equipped branch practices, providing out-of-hours services for multiple practices in the area. The hospital is equipped with advanced technology, including CT scans, ultrasound, digital x-ray, laparoscopy, and endoscopy, supported by a comprehensive in-house laboratory. The team includes certificate holders with expertise in orthopaedics, ophthalmology, advanced imaging, and exotics, ensuring a varied caseload. The practice is committed to continuous staff development through in-house and external CPD opportunities.

Benefits:
