In addition, it includes specialist technical support for projects, ensuring non functional requirements are met and Continual Service Improvement (CSI) is achieved throughout the lifecycle of IT solutions and services. Working closely with the IT Operations & Network Manager, the role also supports the provision of consistent, high quality IT capabilities across the organisation. This includes preparing and supporting both physical and virtual solutions in line with industry best practices, service requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
