Role overview:

esynergy recently launched our NFP tech consulting practice, supporting numerous NFPs to realize value from digital and data initiatives. We are seeking a talented individual to build out this practice, lead strategy and execution, and establish it as a core pillar of our business-something unrivaled in the industry. You will be responsible for growing our customer base, engaging with communities, delivering our work, and ultimately measuring the value we provide.

Responsibilities:

1. Set and execute NFP strategy to support the business in delivering value to our customers and creating a unique presence in this space.
2. Win new engagements, expand existing accounts, manage pre-sales activities, RFPs, and discovery processes. Manage stakeholder relationships.
3. Build and engage communities that serve our customers, and develop practices as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
4. Measure and deliver value by creating accelerators that help NFPs achieve improved efficiencies and donations.
5. Become a thought leader in delivering digital and data value for NFPs.

Requirements:

1. Experience delivering complex data and digital projects using Microsoft technologies (Azure, PowerBI, Fabric, AgenticAI).
2. Experience building, leading, and managing teams, with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for collaborating with diverse groups.
3. Pre-sales experience, storytelling, writing skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
4. No specific domain knowledge of the NFP sector is required, but a strong desire to work in this space is essential.
5. Passion for continuous improvement-keeping current with industry challenges and developing repeatable patterns to address them, delivering meaningful value quickly.
