About the Role
Join our team as a Traffic Marshall in a fast-paced industrial environment where safety is non-negotiable. You'll be the front line in ensuring smooth, secure traffic operations on-site, protecting both personnel and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct vehicles and pedestrians safely in a live industrial setting.
- Coordinate traffic movements to minimise congestion and hazards.
- Monitor site access points and enforce safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, operators, and site staff.
- Maintain vigilant oversight to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
Essential Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall, ideally in industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations.
- Ability to work proactively in high-pressure scenarios.
- Excellent awareness and communication skills.
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Traffic Management (TM) training or qualifications.
