• Winning new business and negotiating terms like a pro

• Creating scroll-stopping job adverts to attract top talent

• Searching and screening candidates using leading job boards and tools

• Prepping candidates for interviews like a career coach

• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates

• Keeping the CRM fresh, detailed, and up-to-date

• Proven experience in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role

• Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder

• Comfortable working towards KPIs and smashing them!

• Tech-savvy with strong social media skills

• Generous commission structure no cap on your earnings
