Job Description
Ferns Surfacing Ltd has an exciting opportunity for aReinstatement Supervisorto join our friendly team, working on our Water contract, based at our office in Lea Bridge.

Main Duties and Responsibilities.

  • Allocate jobs to maximise production and monitor quality of work in progress.
  • Maintain a good working relationship and close liaison with our client and members of the public.
  • Complete Defect and Interim's
  • Dealing with health, safety and environment issues.
  • Manage company vehicles plant and equipment.
  • Deal with customer care issues promptly.
  • Complete Joint site Measures with the Client.
  • Monitor Driving Performance and Vehicle checks
  • Ensure high standard of quality of work is maintained from the Reinstatement Teams
  • Complete Site Audits

Qualifications

Proven experience and knowledge of reinstatement and managing teams is essential.

Familiar with Works Management Systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Nationally recognised safety qualification for the construction industry e.g., SMSTS, IOSH (preferrable)

Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)

Working Hours

Working hours - Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am and 4pm plus weekend overtime
