About the Role
A highly respected regional law firm in Worcester is looking to appoint a Commercial Property or General Commercial Solicitor (circa 3-4 years PQE) to join its busy and growing department. Known for its grounded, client-first approach, the firm has seen an increase in instructions and is looking to strengthen its team with a confident and capable associate solicitor.

The Head of Department brings a broad and versatile background to the firm, and the department is known for its ability to take on a wide variety of commercial work, including more unusual instructions such as fishing and forestry rights - making this a genuinely interesting and varied role.

The firm is well aware of the current market and is flexible on salary for the right person, aiming to attract strong candidates from Worcester and surrounding areas such as Cheltenham, Gloucester and Hereford.

The role will involve:

• Managing a broad commercial property and/or general commercial caseload
• Working directly with clients including rural businesses, landowners, and SMEs
• Supporting senior team members on more complex matters
• Playing an active role in client relationships and team collaboration

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified solicitor with around 3-4 years' PQE in commercial property or commercial law
• Be looking to establish yourself long-term in Worcester or nearby
• Have the confidence to manage a caseload independently
• Bring enthusiasm and adaptability to varied client matters
