We're looking for aBrand Strategist who's passionate about positioning, storytelling, and shaping meaningful brand experiences. You understand how to tap into culture, decode consumer behavior, and craft narratives that not only capture attention-but build long-term relevance.
In this role, your strategic thinking will fuel campaigns that are insight-driven, emotionally resonant, and creatively bold-across all digital channels.
Your tasks
- You develop brand positioning strategies grounded in consumer insights, cultural context, and market dynamics
- You identify white-space opportunities through competitor analysis, trend research, and foresight work
- You build clear, compelling strategic frameworks that guide integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution
- You collaborate closely with Creative, Data, Paid Media, Influencer, and Client Services teams to turn strategy into standout work
- You track campaign performance, interpret insights, and fine-tune strategies for maximum impact
Your skills
- You bring 2-5 years of strategy experience from a creative or digital agency setting
- You have a strong grasp of brand development, audience psychology, and how culture influences perception
- You're fluent in tools like GWI, Pulsar, or Brandwatch-and know how to turn insights into action
- You're a natural storyteller with the ability to present ideas clearly, confidently, and with creative spark
- You speak fluent English-other languages are a big plus in our international work
