An established and growing company based in Harrogate is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering progression, flexibility, and the chance to play a vital role in the successful delivery of high-impact projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the successful delivery of multiple projects at various stages
Liaise with internal teams to ensure all resources and materials are in place for project success
Track and update project progress using internal systems and software
Prepare and present reports to stakeholders using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Communicate with clients, site managers, commercial teams, and senior management to ensure everyone has a clear view of project timelines and deliverables
Support commercial and operations teams with project-specific enquiries or tasks, as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a project coordination or project support role is advantageous, but not essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Capable of working independently and prioritising tasks across multiple projects
Driven, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within the business
