An established and growing company based in Harrogate is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering progression, flexibility, and the chance to play a vital role in the successful delivery of high-impact projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the successful delivery of multiple projects at various stages

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure all resources and materials are in place for project success

  • Track and update project progress using internal systems and software

  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Communicate with clients, site managers, commercial teams, and senior management to ensure everyone has a clear view of project timelines and deliverables

  • Support commercial and operations teams with project-specific enquiries or tasks, as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a project coordination or project support role is advantageous, but not essential

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail

  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Capable of working independently and prioritising tasks across multiple projects

  • Driven, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within the business
