Our client is a leading Top 10 firm specialising in providing tailored advice to help businesses and their founders devise and implement strategies aligned with their business plans, while effectively managing tax opportunities, risks, and compliance.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Fintech/Tech firms on their journey to Unicorn status. You will manage your own portfolio and serve as the main point of contact, overseeing not just corporate tax issues but also broader finance functions such as accounts, audit, R&D.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of businesses including OMBs, SMEs, and larger corporates
• Perform corporate tax provisioning, compliance, and advisory work for your portfolio
• Engage in various business tax activities (e.g., ad-hoc advisory, international tax matters, R&D tax credits, VAT, and employment tax aspects)
• Assist with transactional and due diligence work
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain regular contact with client teams
• Maintain strong technical knowledge

Who are we looking for?

You should be CTA qualified (or equivalent ACA/ACCA) with a solid UK corporate tax compliance and advisory background.
