Your new role

As Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet or exceed client expectations. This client-facing position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can lead quality initiatives, manage client relationships, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. Responsibilities will include that you act as the primary point of contact for all client-related quality matters, attend client meetings and manage client dashboards and portals, ensure project quality requirements are met efficiently and effectively, lead the execution of Quality Plans and Inspection Test Plans and manage project documentation and provide regular quality performance updates.You will design, implement, and optimise quality assurance processes and conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective action initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally you will have a Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field, proven experience in a client-facing quality assurance role, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with methodologies such as 8D, excellent communication and leadership abilities, familiarity with quality management systems, standards, and regulatory requirements. Certification in quality assurance is desirable and ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
