We're working with a medium-sized building consultancy to help them find a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing Bristol team. They've got big plans for the region over the next few years, and this is a great opportunity to be part of that journey. You'll be joining a team of 10 surveyors, reporting into the Associate Building Surveyor. The work is mainly project-focused, covering contract administration, project management, surveys and refurbishments, and planned maintenance. Sectors are varied - from education and courts to residential, healthcare and transport. They're looking for someone who's confident with clients, friendly, professional, and wants to be part of a collaborative, supportive team. Whether you're already working at Senior level, or recently chartered and ready to step up, there's real scope here to develop into an Associate role. What they're looking for: MRICS (essential) Either an experienced Senior or a newly-chartered surveyor ready to take that next step Someone who's commercially aware, confident running projects, and good with clients A team player with ambition to progress What's on offer: 55,000 - 60,000 depending on experience 25 days holiday (rising with service) Discretionary bonus Pension Life assurance Professional fees and memberships paid Hybrid working - typically 3 days in the office and 2 from home, but flexible depending on circumstance If you're looking for a genuinely supportive team, interesting projects, and a clear route to Associate level, this is well worth a conversation.
