What You'll Be Doing
Delivering high-quality, commercially focused
tax advisory and planning servicesAdvising
owner-managed businesses with practical, real-world solutionsLeading on
company restructuring and
business planningProviding technical expertise in
income tax, CGT, trusts, estates, and ideally
stamp dutyPreparing company accounts with a
tax advisory lensManaging
HMRC enquiries and
negotiationsTranslating complex legislation into clear, actionable advice
What We're Looking ForACA, ACCA, or CTA qualifiedStrong experience in
personal and
business tax, including CGT and trustsProven track record working with
owner-managed businessesExposure to
restructuring, EMI schemes, and complex advisory casesConfident communicator with a
client-first approachComfortable navigating
HMRC guidance and legislation
