Project Manager Rail, Public Sector & CCTV

We re seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in delivering projects within the rail, public sector, and CCTV environments. You ll lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, and resources
• Lead cross-functional teams across planning, execution, and delivery
• Oversee budgets, risks, and change control processes
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and clients
• Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews

Industry-Specific Focus:

• Experience managing projects in rail infrastructure, public sector frameworks, or CCTV/security systems
• Familiarity with relevant legislation, safety standards, and procurement processes
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and regulatory requirements

What You ll Bring:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects in relevant sectors
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
