TSR is currently looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our client's growing team. You'll support residents during property works and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
- Be the key contact for residents throughout works
- Communicate via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Handle questions, complaints, and access arrangements
- Coordinate appointments for contractors and trades
- Attend site visits, resident meetings, and coffee mornings
- Collect feedback and maintain KPI records in Excel
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised, punctual, and adaptable
- Ability to drive and use of your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK (DBS check provided)
