Participate in internal technical networks and promote façade engineering issues to the wider AtkinsRéalis Building Design community. Assist in developing the processes, tools and ethos of a growing façades team. Requirements: Be a chartered engineer or qualified architect. Possess minimum 3 years' experience in façade design or delivery on major projects. Associate Director of Engineering Structural Engineer - required for a Structural Engineering design consultancy to assist the within the growth of the business based across Kent and London. The Associate Director of Engineering Structural Engineer will be based out of their Rochester office. The Associate Director of Engineering Structural Engineer will be working with a consultancy that work on a number of Building Structures project such as Masonry work, Reinforced Concrete structures, and Façades. The Associate Director of Engineering Structural Engineer will be able to demonstrate a progressive career within engineering, demonstrate leadership qualities, previous experience at Associate Director or Principal Engineer level with a track record of success Associate Director of Structural Engineering Position Overview Profit and Loss responsibility Running and overseeing projects Management of junior team members The main focus will be on new ideas and strategies towards the growth plan Winning new projects and raising the client's profile. Attending meetings with both internal and external clients, Managing the workload and time frames for the engineers Finding ways to enhance the business whist making this as efficient as possible.
