Shifts: Flexibility required start times of either 4:00 AM or 8:30 AM

We are currently seeking a reliable, hands-on Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced team in Maidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and support the team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard
• Monitor performance and provide clear direction to staff on shift
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed
• Report and escalate any issues to management
• Assist with training and development of new team members
• Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork

About You:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role
• Comfortable working early mornings and rotating start times (4:00 AM or 8:30 AM)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Able to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours
• Positive attitude and a hands-on approach
