You

To be successful in the role of Maintenance Estimator, you'll have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in estimating or financial modelling within the Fire & Security or facilities management sectors.
• Strong understanding of maintenance services and compliance standards.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
