Building Careers are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a well-established social housing contractor, covering domestic properties across St Helens. Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in bathroom installations, ideally within social housing
• CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence
• Tiling or other multi-trade skills highly desirable

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will carry out plumbing work as part of reactive maintenance in tenanted and void properties. Ideally, you'll bring multi-skilled experience - particularly in tiling - to assist with bathroom fixes.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1st and 2nd fix plumbing on bathroom installations
• Complete bathroom rip-outs and refits
• Multi-skilled tasks such as tiling where required
• Working to high standards in occupied homes
