SF Recruitment are supporting a business who are looking for a Commercial Partnerships Lead to spearhead their sponsorship and partnership strategy across high-profile events. This is a unique opportunity to shape the commercial landscape of major regional initiatives and contribute to the economic development of the West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead commercial strategies for flagship events, setting and achieving ambitious income targets.
- Partnership Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new and existing partners, including members of regional networks and external organisations.
- Sponsorship Management: Oversee acquisition and fulfilment of sponsorships, ensuring delivery of rights and exceptional partner experience.
- Event Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship elements across all events.
- Evaluation & Reporting: Conduct post-event evaluations and provide detailed feedback reports to inform future strategies.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
- Proven success in commercial partnership development and income generation
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business operations
- Experience in multi-stakeholder environments and trade events
