At The Collective Network, we're building something new - and we're looking for a finance recruiter ready to do the same.

We've launched a brand-new Professional Services division, and we're hiring a Finance Recruitment Consultant to take the lead. This isn't just another desk - it's an open market. No restrictive verticals. No crowded teams. You'll own the finance specialism end-to-end, backed by a brand that's already thriving in FMCG and Motorsport.

What you'll do:

• Build and grow your own finance recruitment vertical within our new Professional Services arm
• Deliver both permanent and interim solutions into existing and new FMCG and Motorsport clients
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their finance needs and deliver value beyond CVs
• Own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle - BD, client management, sourcing, and closing
• Collaborate with a supportive, ambitious team that's invested in long-term relationships, not short-term wins

What we're looking for:

• 12+ months' experience in finance recruitment - perm, interim, or both
• A self-starter who's excited to take real ownership and grow a market
• Strong commercial instincts and relationship-building skills
• Someone who takes pride in quality, not volume
• A collaborative mindset and energy that fits a challenger brand
