Macquarie Asset Management's Private Credit team invests in infrastructure debt assets on behalf of Macquarie's institutional clients and is a leader in the asset class. This team combines Macquarie's deep infrastructure debt experience with a flexible and dynamic approach to investing, serving our clients and expanding business opportunities.

What role will you play?

As an Associate Director within the Private Credit team, you will contribute to the growth of the platform through debt investments across various infrastructure sectors. Your primary responsibilities include originating, assessing, and executing new investment opportunities in the sub-investment grade space. You will play a key role in transaction origination and execution, supporting the platform's growth and success, as well as monitoring ongoing investments.

What you offer

• Experience leading complex transactions across infrastructure sectors such as renewables, energy, digital infrastructure, recycling, transportation, and social infrastructure.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills in credit and financial analysis, covering transaction execution and portfolio management.
• Experience sourcing investment opportunities and building relationships with borrowers, sponsors, and advisors.
• Leadership experience in deal teams, fundraising, and investor relations preferred.
