With a strong reputation for technical excellence and customer satisfaction, they're now looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to strengthen their growing support function.

2ND LINE SUPPORT ENGINEER ROLE:
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring service levels are consistently met. You'll work closely with the wider Service Desk team, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and support junior colleagues when required. The role requires someone comfortable working late shifts from Monday to Friday, providing essential cover for key client operations.
