Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 plus Pension, Private healthcare, Unlimited training budget
We're seeking a ServiceNow Platform Developer with a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience to join our fast-growing Digital Customer Experience team. You'll play a key role in building, configuring, and integrating innovative solutions across key ServiceNow workflows including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and onboarding experiences.
Working alongside senior consultants and architects, you'll help deliver impactful digital transformation projects, creating intuitive user experiences and efficient workflows for clients across multiple industries.
Technical Development
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules across HR, IT, and Customer Service workflows
Develop and maintain custom applications using JavaScript and Angular
Leverage Now Assist, GenAI, and Workflow Data Fabric for modern, AI-driven solutions
Experience Design
Use Next Experience UI, UI Builder, and Service Portal to build intuitive and role-based user interfaces
Design responsive dashboards and self-service portals
Integration & Data Management
Connect ServiceNow with external systems (CRM, HR, eCommerce) via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
Ensure consistent and reliable data across platforms
Experience-Focused Solutions
Enhance Customer Experience via journey mapping, self-service, and real-time analytics
Deliver seamless Employee Experience workflows for onboarding, transitions, and day-to-day productivity
Bring innovation with GenAI and automation
Collaboration & Growth
Participate in requirement gathering and documentation
Contribute to code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
Work cross-functionally with teams in IT, HR, and customer service
Essential Skills:
2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, Flow Designer
Experience across key ServiceNow workflows: ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Onboarding
Understanding of customer/employee journey touchpoints
Proven integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Implementation Specialist (HRSD or CSM)
