We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing case management solutions within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on finance and human resources applications. You will play a key role in designing and enhancing our ServiceNow environment to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and configuration of case management functionalities within ServiceNow to optimise workflow processes in finance and HR departments.
- Develop and implement ebonding between multiple ServiceNow instances to ensure seamless data exchange and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, establish best practises, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide oversight and guidance on integration processes, ensuring that all systems work cohesively within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities to continuously improve service delivery and case management processes.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform, particularly in case management configuration.
- Proficient in integration techniques within the ServiceNow environment.
- Strong understanding of finance and HR processes and their alignment with ServiceNow capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
