YT Tech is working on behalf of a leading engineering client in Kent, seeking a skilled Electronics Engineer to join their R&D team. This is a hands-on role focused on circuit design, prototyping, and product testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and test electronic assemblies and prototypes
• Create PCB schematics and layouts using Altium CAD
• Build test jigs and fixtures for validation
• Conduct product testing to international standards
• Support manufacturing with issue resolution and documentation
• Generate technical reports and engineering drawings

Requirements:

• BSc / HND in Electronics Engineering or similar
• 3+ years of lab-based electronics experience
• Proficient in Altium CAD
• SMT soldering skills (down to 0201)
• Familiar with RF/audio circuits, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and other lab equipment
• Data handling in Excel/Word
• Project management qualifications are an advantage
