Maintenance Worker

Full time - working in south of London alongside a site Manager covering post codes- CR, SE, SW and sorrounding areas. Due to the nature of this role and working at various sites applicants must have a full valid UK driving license

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.

Salary £28-30,000

Must have own tools to carry out duties

Maintenance/Caretaker; Duties include but are not limited to:

• Basic plumbing changing taps, waste pipes etc
• Basic electrics changing sockets, light switches etc
• Basic carpentry doors, handles
• Fire safety knowledge of fire alarm panels, smoke alarms, heat detectors, fire doors, smoke seals, self closers
• Mastic
• Lock changes
• Painting
• Occasional cleaning (when a property becomes empty)
