We are working exclusively with a 10+ years old, founder-led communications agency specialising in the world of chefs, restaurants, and food brands - and we're looking for a talented and strategic Account Director to lead across a portfolio of exciting, high-profile hospitality clients.
The Role
You'll take the lead across 12 diverse and dynamic food & hospitality clients, managing a small team while ensuring campaigns land with impact and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of 12 hospitality/F&B clients (chefs, restaurants, and food brands)
- Act as strategic partner and day-to-day contact for senior clients
- Line manage and mentor a talented Account Manager and Account Executive
- Lead on campaign planning, media strategy, storytelling and delivery
- Maintain high standards of client service, reporting, and relationship management
- Oversee budgets, timings, and outputs with a commercial mindset
- Support and mentor junior team members in developing their skills and progression
- Collaborate with the SLT on agency growth and new business
- Help shape the future of the agency with opportunities for promotion to Associate Director, Director, and even Partner level
What We're Looking For:
This role is ideal for a current Account Director or a strong Senior Account Manager ready to step up.
You must have:
- Previous agency experience (big or small) - essential
- Proven experience working with hospitality, F&B brands, or chefs
- A strong track record in people management and team leadership
- Confidence leading accounts and owning client relationships
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on, solutions-first mindset
- Stability in your career path - we're not big on job-hopping at senior level
