An experienced Quantity Surveyor with high level commercial management experience is required for a major infrastructure project involved within the renewable sector.

Our client is delivering a 1bn+ scheme and requires a commercial astute Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to deliver key pre-construction and procurement tasks. The role will be stand alone, working closely with the Project Director to get the project to a place it needs to be. The environment is fast paced, collaborative and pressurised at times so it requires a like minded individual. The suitable applicant will have the following experience:

• Strong NEC background
• Must have worked on major projects
• Commercially astute, organised and be able to work at a fast pace
• Structured career history
• Strong Pre-Construction and procurement experience
