As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple retrofit, refurbishment & small works projects across Leicestershire, and ensuring all works are being completed on time, in budget and to quality demands.

What are we looking for?
- Prior experience working as a Project Manager, within Construction, Retrofit, Refurbishment & Small Works programs is a MUST.
- Willingness to travel across the Leicestershire areas to different sites.
- NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management.
- Full UK's driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing works being completed within the Leicstershire area
- Liaising with clients and site, communciating any changes in project requirements, delays and feedback.
- Produce weekly and monthly project reports , tracking progress,beudgets and key deliverables.
- Managed Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers (TLOs), admin teams, and worked closely with Quantity Surveyors (QSs) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Developed and maintained project programmes and progress trackers to ensure transparency and efficiency.
