  • Liaise directly with services consultants, client PMs, and IT teams to align expectations early
Construction Support
  • Review validation reports, drawings, and technical submissions; ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Chair MEP DTM meetings and track progress via accurate and timely minutes
  • Monitor on-site installations for compliance and quality
  • Attend subcontractor meetings as required
  • Oversee commissioning, witnessing, training, and project handover
  • Review and provide input on O&M manuals
About You:
  • Experience working with M&E subcontractors or in technical services roles within fit-out
  • Ideally from a trade background with experience in hands-on installation and commissioning
  • Proven experience delivering Cat A & Cat B fit-out projects
  • Able to manage M&E packages in both D&B and traditional contract formats
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, on short programme durations
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly in client-facing scenarios
  • Commutable to London and available to attend office, site, and client meetings as required
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking and collaborative business that encourages professional growth and ownership of projects. You'll be working with a high-performing team on some of London s most exciting commercial interiors.
