Maintenance Fitter

The Person:

• Apprentice Trained (NVQ Level 3)
• Mechanical bias
• Experienced working as a: Maintenance Engineer, Shift Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Fitter or Multi-skilled Engineer.
• Ambitious / Effective Communicator / Work well under pressure.

The Role:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance.
• Reactive Maintenance across site.
• Completing work sheets to had to the planner.
• Partaking in shift handover.
• Basic Welding/Fabrication.
• Adhering to site H&S procedure.
• Maintaining a good relationship with production to ensure issues are reported in a speedy manner.
• Working on engineering projects and installation of new machinery.
• Identify reliability issues.

This role is working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, which incorporates days and nights. Dependent on experience the salary range is 43,000 - 48,000. For more information contact Shaun Treacy at Questech Recruitment.
