GSL Education are currently recruiting a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a vibrant and inclusive school located in Nottingham City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed Teaching Assistant (TA), who wants to make a positive impact on students' learning journeys.

As a Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils with their learning under the direction of the class teacher.
• Assisting in the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Working one-to-one or with small groups to support individual learning needs.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitoring and reporting student progress to teaching staff.

To be successful as a Teaching Assistant, you will need:

• Experience working with children or young people in a school or similar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, encouraging, and patient approach.
• An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
• Provide a full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any employment gaps over the past 10 years.
