Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications (£100 - £120 daily)

Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic school environment? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA to join our supportive team in a thriving primary school in the heart of Tameside.

As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will:

• Deliver high-quality learning activities to groups and individuals across various subjects.

• Work closely with class teachers to plan, deliver and assess targeted interventions.

• Provide classroom cover when needed, including PPA sessions and short-term absences.

• Support pupils with a wide range of abilities, including those with additional needs.

We are looking for a confident and proactive HLTA who:

• Holds HLTA status or an equivalent relevant qualification.

• Has previous experience working in a school setting, ideally across all Key Stages.

• Is able to deliver lessons and interventions with creativity and impact.

• Demonstrates strong communication, teamwork and behaviour management skills.
