You will interact with various suppliers and coordinate the activities related to problem solve and introduce engineering changes into our portfolio of commodities. This will include hardware modifications link to Silicon shortage or obsolescence. Operating in a cross-functional agile organisation, Engineers will direct report into the Product Owner, with a coordination with the Chapter leads who ensure the application of the latest engineering standards and know how. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities As an Electronics Design Change Engineer, you will be ensuring all commodities design solutions meet targets for cost, quality, power consumption and weight. You will ensure components meet the relevant legal regulations & RMDV requirements, WERS releases, including IVS where required, releasing to support the relevant commodity, and manage the components through the Optical Quality and PCPA processes when appropriate.
