Salary and Benefits: Salary: £24,891 per annum (however can work way up in the role and salary can then reach £29,094 per annum for CF03) 25 days holiday + stats with option to purchase additional annual leave. 3.5 days paid annual leave for Christmas. 2 days paid per annum for volunteering work. Job Description To be responsible for managing the project whilst on shift, taking full responsibility for managing the establishment, (the resources and the fabric of the building) and, most importantly, the welfare of the young people.
