Location: Near Newark & Grantham (Office Based)
Salary: £40,000 £50,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am 4.00 pm

- Manage variations, change control, and commercial risk
- Produce financial reports, cost/value reconciliations, and accurate forecasts
- Review tenders and ensure competitive, compliant submissions
- Oversee project delivery from award to completion
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on commercial and contract matters
- Monitor site progress, quality, and financial performance in collaboration with site teams
- Manage subcontractor performance, payments, and contractual compliance
- Handle COWD (Cost of Work Delivered), payment applications, and spend forecasting
- Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to secure competitive project bids
- Advise on commercial strategy for rail refurbishment contracts
- Support business development by contributing to bids and client presentations
- Drive improvements in commercial governance and processes
- Promote health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance
