Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on ERP Change Manager to lead the organisational change effort as we transition from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to a new ERP ecosystem. This is a critical role in a high-impact transformation programme within a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in decommissioning D365 F&O and successfully managing the change journey to alternative ERP platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of new systems and processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesChange Leadership
  • Develop and execute a robust change management strategy for the ERP transition, with a focus on moving away from D365 F&O.
  • Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness planning across all business functions.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Act as the change champion across the organisation, ensuring clear, consistent, and transparent communication.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, functional heads, and end-users to drive engagement and adoption.
Training & Enablement
  • Oversee the development and delivery of training programmes tailored to new ERP systems and processes.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer and capability building across impacted teams.
Process & Transition Support
  • Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to map current D365 processes to future-state ERP workflows.
  • Support data migration, testing, and cutover planning from a change perspective.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
  • Track change adoption metrics, gather feedback, and adjust strategies to maximise user adoption and minimise disruption.
  • Identify and mitigate change-related risks and issues throughout the programme lifecycle.
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrable experience leading ERP change programmes, specifically involving the decommissioning of D365 F&O.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes in a retail or consumer-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with alternative ERP platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Infor, Workday, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG, ACMP) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a complex, fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
